    Apple cider acidity level?

    What is apple cider acidity level supposed to be at? Mine is 62.5% tartaric acid/4.0 ppt sulfuric. Tested with titration acid. I know fruit wines are supposed to be at 55%-65% would this be a fruit wine?... :o Sent from my iPhone using Wine Making

    Peach mango madness experiment

    Exciting fermentation

    I don't know about very one els but when I first make a batch of wine I'm like "comeon... Start bubbling.." And a week it's like yay it's just steadily fermenting away.. Near the end your like " COMEON!! Stop bubbling!!!" Lol I know a random post but am I the only one? Mainly on new experiments...

    Peach mango

    Bentonite and Oak chip question for 1 gal batch

    Okay I am making one gallons at a time so how much light toast oak chips should I add to my primary? Also I have Bentonite which it looks like fine grade kitty litter it says 4 tsp of bentonite and 1 1/3 cup warm water for 5 gallons. Maybe 1/3 tsp of bentonite for the 1 gal? Pics are below...

    Acidity levels bad??

    For my white wine I used 4.5 ml of solution,Finally turned pink. That's like acidity 112.5%!! Lol dang I bought acid blend to bring it up should have bought something to take it down yes? Lol now the red wine I used 1.5 ml of solution which comes up to 37.5% acidity level and I already put 1 1/2...
