Has anyone ever made peach mango wine? I'm currently making one gallon of it now to see if we like it. Added yeast nutrient, red star red something yeast, oak chips, acid tested, as I will add bentonite next week. Now hopefully it will taste good..

You really should note which yeast you use. There are at least 5 common Res Star yeast available and they all impart different qualities to the wine. This batch could turn out great and without using the same yeast again it could be terrible next time if you use the wrong yeast.

I know, I know the yeast it's in the fridge, I just don't know it off hand. Red star red M... M something.. If I make a experiment and it comes out great I use that wine yeast again.. But the yeast is actually a red wine yeast
