seriously, are you wanting to make wine or just something that has alcohol in it.? I hate to tell you this but artificial flavoring will produce a good wine. If you are looking to make some quick wines, make it out of Welch's or Old Orchard.

I just want to experiment.. Can I not do that?

I already have concord concentrates aging.. And fresh strawberry wine fermenting.. I just wanted to see how this artificial stuff turns out?

The artificial flavor won't come thru the fermentation.

Okay that's mainly what I was asking, would it even taste like a wine. Which I didn't think it would, thanks!

If you want to try it, just do a small batch. If it happens to come out good you can always make more. Expermenting can be fun and sometimes you come out with something great. Arne.
