    Hey Rocky, sorry for not keeping up. Renters left a mess. Having to repair & clean. I'm really slow with a computer but I'll try to keep up more in about a week or two after I finish. Ordered a hydrometer. I boiled some water, let it cool some, added about 1/2 to 2/3 package of highly active yeast, stirred. I now have about 3/4 of a gallon of blueberry (wine?). The sweetness is perfect now. I'm not sure, if by adding the yeast to turn the sugar to alcohol, if the finished product will still be as sweet. I had a piece of cloth on top of the bottle for 3 days. Today I removed the cloth and replaced it with a finger of a rubber glove. It's a sealed fit. Is this a path to disaster or delight? You can share this with the others I'm just not sure how to do that.(Back to computer experience).
