Topping off strawberry

I treated and racked strawberry . Topped with Reisling. Is this okay? Will back sweeten soon. Started wine four months ago.

Absolutely. I was already thinking in my head what the question was going to be... what do I use to top off a strawberry wine? If a more neutral flavor, then Riesling. If you want a little bit of sweetness, the a Viognier.

Or a really neutral Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio. FYI an old hybrid, Baco Blanc is very neutral, a great blender. More useless wine information.
