I bottled my Island Mist strawberry earlier this week which had an added feature. Originally I had six gallons but decided to blend almost a full gallon of Strawberry Riesling Ice Wine. The strawberry ice wine was made a couple months ago and added while the strawberry sat bulk aging. I think this strawberry has a chance to be special.
