Better late then never

Hello all, I've been here almost a month now and am just getting around to my intro. from Ohio. I'm just new to wine making and have done 13 gal. of Chianti from an all juice kit . The next batch was 6gal. of Welch's grape concentrate. I'vecalled George and had a post on the Welch's and you all have been very helpful. Verynice people and site. Glad to be here!!!!

Thanks all, and to Appleman's ? I had 12 gal. to start, and racked into carboys. So being that I am new to wine making I racked them into two 5 gal. water bottles and 1 3gal.. anyhow I added more sugar and juice to make up the other gal. This stuff is pretty strong.
