hey everyone i'm josh from michigan. my wife and i just started our first batch of wine. we are making a sweet cherry. we love tasting wines and drinking new wines, so we figured we better try out making our own! i found some good info on this forum and hope to learn more

Please also show us your recipe before making any wine as a newbie as weve pretty much been there and done that and made many a mistake and may be able to save you from one weve previously made or just may no not to do that period. We have a ton of knowledge between us and love to share it!

Hi Josh,

Welcome to winemakingtalk. My husband and I were just drinking a glass of our cherry wine that we made last summer. When you have a glass, eat a piece of dark chocolate with it, it is like have chocolate covered cherry.
