I found your write up on testing Sulphites in wine.

I can likely peice the kit together, however all I was able to find was 30-60% (the SDS gave a range) of phosphoric acid. Would this work? I noticed you didn't include how much acid to put in the sample wine, does it matter?

Its hard to beat the Morewine price of $99 and free shipping. The instructions are on the Moewwine website. Supposed to be 10ml of 25% Phosphoric. It is used to acidify the sample beforhand.

So I read through the whole thread, looks like it answered most of my questions. They kill you on the shipping to Canada, it's basically $145 USD than I wonder if they are going to hit me up at the border for more. All their hardware for the kit is pretty unique and I'm unable to find it elsewhere.

Quick question. When buying an Amarone kit, do the juice and skins actually come frome Italy, or is it simply a grape mixture that is similar to Italian Amarone.

Usually yes, the juice and skins etc. comes from Italy as long as your making higher end kit.

Didn't need to bother you for the info I asked you about. Sorry, so I retracted this question about The Wine Makers Toy Store.
