I'm doing a kit for the first time. This may seem like a stupid question but I am in the rainy season in Costa Rica and don't often have the sun to follow the instructions of MM Renaissance Impressions Amarone to add water to the 23 liter mark. Just how much water do I need to add?

Wiz, if I recall, that is a 16 liter kit so you would have to add 7 liters. Is this a trick question? Make sure you add the water and bring the juice up to 23 liters before you add the grape pack and/or the raisins. I made this kit a while ago and I believe that the directions called for adding one or the other. I added both. Good luck.
