Hello Everyone. My name is Tami and i've been making the wine kits for about 2 years or so. This past fall, i made my first batch of homemade peach wine. I was hoping my last racking of the wine would be last night as it was so beautifully clear but upon the taste test i noticed it lacked the peach flavor i was hoping for. Upon research within the forum, i found all my answers and i'm moving on to making an f-pac tomorrow evening and hoping for the best. While looking for my answers I found more information, more knowledge and what seems like a very friendly bunch of people within the forum. Thank you all for the help and i look forward to posting and joining in these conversations for lots of time to come.

Hi Tami and welcome to the forum!! Did you backsweeten your peach wine once it was stablized? (K-meta and sorbate)? I had to backsweeten mine to help bring out the peach flavor, and right now I think I am happy at where it is. I also used an f-pak along with some simple syrup
