Just a little intro I'm from Ozark Missouri. I have made some wine mostlly to turn to brandy. I also build wooden canoes and kayaks. Slow smoke BBQ is another of my passions.

That looks a bit suspect there!Do you refine the vinegar to make it more concentrated so it keeps better?
