I'm new to the craft and enjoying the hell out of it. I've got a WE SI Merlot in a secondary and a WE VN Viongier in the primary.

Thanks! Doin some research on Lambrusco. So far I'm only finding MMs AllJuice. Looking for opinions/info on that kit.
