Hello all! I'm relatively new to fermenting, especially from scratch. I've got ideas for experimenting and will probably be looking for guidance along the way.

Years ago, I helped my uncle with various wine and beer kits he made.
My interests lie in beer, wine, ciders and possibly mead. So far I've done a pear cider from backyard pears and I have a beer from DME on the go.
