Hello from Pittsburgh

Hello all. I'm a true beginner and am very excited to have just started my first two batches of wine. We don't have great grapes in Pittsburgh but I found a local source of fresh juice from Ca, Italy and Chile so I couldn't resist.

My first ones are a Cab and a Moscat. In two weeks I pick up my Amarone and Valpolacella.
