Hello everyone, my name is Ryan and I've recently decided to try wine making after helping a friend brew several batches of beer.

My first attempt is a Winexpert kit (French cabernet sauvignon). I came across this site a few days ago and am looking forward to trying to use all of the information here for my future batches.
