Finally back and able to start up again

We have been away from home for the summer and now have just got back from 3 week in Pheonix. I can now start getting those carboys filled. Have to get the stocks back up.

The humidity is usually so low there.
I can remember being there in 115 degree weather.I waswearing a suit and tie. It felt warm but i wasnt prespiring.
This is what madethe memorystick in my mind.

No winter here yet, arrived home and it was 42. We were only in Pheonix for three weeks, we did set records for temps though for most days we were there though. It was in the mid 90's.

Welcome back, what do we plan on filling those carboys up with?

I have to do a couple of Island mists (Green Apple & Mango) for my wife and then most likely an Amarone of some kind and a cab. Not sure exactly what brand or series. I have to go shoping today so I will decide then.
