You need a sticky for pH and acid test

Details of what pH, and acid tests and what to do to change the wine if things are "off". If there is one, I could not find it. I find the search here very hard to use and generally Google what I am looking for. The search needs improving, in my opinion.

Sammy you should try buying some books on wine making. You are trying very hard, I see that, but sometimes having a little knowledge and coming here to imrprove on that knowledge can be a better way of doing something instead of just completely depending on a forum for your answers.

I know the search can be frustrating but again I think if you have an idea on the subject filtering out the information would be a lot easier.
