    i have read many of your post, to me what you do and know is a science, that i could not master in a lifetime, but i am deep country, i can walk into the woods and know what to eat and what is poison, so to me fruits and berries are normal to me, grapes are unknown to me, muscadines are as close as i come, you an a few others amaze me that you can do such, and i respect that in your proper wine world,

    yep wine room clean, fixing to sanitize and get to fermenting ,, yep, i've missed many on here, hard to keep a stepper down, i'll just baby step, lol

    got 20 gallon skeeter pee port in carboys, will have 18 gallon banana in carboys within a week, and have everything but enough sugar for 3#- 6,1/2 carboys of blackberry/elderberry mix, and a 3 gallon carboy of strawberry, , hope you and yourn are safe and well.

    Thanks Dawg. All is well. Hoping this blows over sooner than later. Have 85 gallons of a blend of Cab Frac, Merlot, Cab Sauv and a little Petit Verdot. It still needs to age, so not much I really need to do right now.
