Not Enough, but together! Guess we will see

Not enough blackberries & not enough strawberries for seperate 5gal batches. Humm Think im gona try a Strawberry/Blackberry Wine. Aiming for 30-36lbs of combined fruit. (Basically gona use Tom's Blackberry Recipe) If i get some free time tomorrow ill dig in my freezer and see what i got! Does it really matter if i weigh them frozen verses thawed? Any issues anyone can foresee with these 2 fruits combined?

I got a blackberry/raspberry moving along nicely, I backsweetened with vanilla simple syrup... So I think it'd be good.

You will need much more strawberries the blackberries as the blackberry has much more flavor. You could just make a smaller batch. Making them seperate and then blending together would work much better as youd be able to adjust the flavor better.
