I tend to make wine from the yields of my garden tbh. I have just put up a load of apricot wine and mixed fruit wines. They are happily bubbling away, friendly little chaps. I also make regular batches of mead but play around with the flavour with each batch. I'm going to try some veg wines this time too. Haven't done that before and would like to give it a try.
