Hi Everyone! I belong to a couple of other wine and mead making groups, mostly as a lurker. I discovered wine making early this past summer and began with a gallon made from home-made berry jellies purchased at the local farmer's market. Since thenI've made 4 gallons of Joe's Ancient Orange Spice mead,five gallons of raspberry/blackberry mead, two gallons of cyser, five gallons of hard limeaid,and one kit wine.So you see, I've kinda dived right in. I hope to learn more about winemaking and, as they say, practice makes perfect!
