Started my must at 1.1 sg, Before I took The hulls and seeds off my sg was 1.07 , now my sg is 1.01. Chart says alcohol level is 11.8. Took hulls and seeds off Saturday the 23 so it's been 3 days. Should I wait and try to get more alcohol or rack again ?

Honestly, there would be nothing wrong with racking right now. However, I would wait until 1.00000000000000000000000000001 BTW, why did you take it off of the skins so early? Just because it is muscadine? If I remember correctly standard procedure calls for pressing off of the skins once you get near terminal gravity correct?
