Hi, Thanks Tom for inviting me to this forum. I've been making wine for about 10 years. Most of it is from fresh juice, along with blueberry and blackberry, which I make from fresh fruit.

Are you making wine on the same scale as Tom?.. He's got cauldrons of it everywhere by the sounds of it.

awe come on Allie! Not that bad here. lets see.....
23 Carboys either aging or fermenting right now. YES they are 6 gallon carboys (23 liter to you Allie)
Today bottled 5 cases.
Did I say more fruit in the wings and the Italian is due in next month.
