Hi, Thanks Tom for inviting me to this forum. I've been making wine for about 10 years. Most of it is from fresh juice, along with blueberry and blackberry, which I make from fresh fruit.

23 Carboys either aging or fermenting right now. YES they are 6 gallon carboys (23 liter to you Allie)
Today bottled 5 cases.
Did I say more fruit in the wings and the Italian is due in next month.
