I'm a newbie, but I've been studying the art a lot. I have 60 gallons made/making/ageing. It's fun, and cheaper than buying, plus I like mine better than what I was buying. I made a lot of rocket fuel, but lately I've been diluting it down with F-Pacs. I like it even more now. I always cook it till the yeast die so that I know it's over. I have been trying citrus blends and tangerine because I have tons of that from the backyard, but I am about to give up on those....too sour. So far my best has been a blackberry-strawberry from Welch's that matured (I think) really quick. What else should I say? Oh, I never drank regularly until my doctor recommended 2 alcoholic beverages a day, and I only like wine .

Welcome John! I never thought of Tangerine but tried Pineapple and orange once. I rather liked it!
