well i have just started a tropical juice beverage its hydrometer readings are 1.060 so i think its gonna be a nice drink fingers crossed. Its only a 1 gallon batch as its my first attempt.

That starting sg is a little low so either up it with some sugar or drink it real fast!

Welcome to winemakingtalk. Wade is right that is a low sg but I'm sure it's not going to sit around to long since it is only one gallon.
