Hello. Been reading for a while and finally got the nerve to begin. Made a wine expert kit and am surprised at how good it turned out. Looking to start with recipes soon. I've learned a lot from this forum. Appreciate it. Take care.

What part of El Paso? I lived there few years, graduated from Jefferson High School, then went to El Paso Community College and UTEP.
