This is my first year to harvest Brix is 24 Ta is .6 Ph is 3.8. I beleive it is time I dont have many this year it will be a small mixed batch. Marquette and King of the North.

If that is a good accurate average, you need to pick right away. The TA is getting low and the pH high. The brix is held back by the King of the North. The Marquette is probably 26-28.

WOW! I wish our pH could get that high. It would be so much easier to blend with our low pH grapes.

Thanks. And yes I do believe it was an accurate average sample. I did pick today. Will finish tomorrow. Will have enough this year for a couple small batches.

they are in the freezer for now. Will get them out in a in 2 weeks. Life is crazy here right now and I wont be home for more than 4 days at a crack until after the 26th. Pictures then.
