    Trying to decide

    My wife wants me to make a white next, and I'm trying to decide between the En Primeur Wine Maker's Trio, and the En Primeur Reisling Gewurtztraminer. Has anyone made both these, and have a recommendation? Even if you have only made one of them, I would love to hear your feedback on it. Cheers!

    Potassium Metabisulfate vs. Sodium Metabisulfate
