    Frozen kits

    I am having a new kit shipped from Texas to Spokane. It will be going thru some pretty cold weather and I am thinking there is a good chance it will freeze somewhere along the way.     Sanitizing bottles

    Does anyone sanitize their bottles with meta solution and then rinse them before bottling? I don,t rinse them and sometimes can still taste kmeta even after wine has aged for over a year.

    White wine not clearing
