Mosti Mondiale racking barolo

I know everyone racks their wine from the primary fermenter at a lower specific gravity than recommended in the instructions to avoid the dreaded volcano. Any suggestions for an sg to rack at? thanks, Ron.

I usually let my wines finish in the primary before racking to glass. When I do deviate from that I will rack to glass at around 1.010
