started a meglioli barolo mondiale kit that I purchased last spring on closeout from George. Put juice in fermentor and it only came up to 25 liters. Is this normal for these kits? I'm afraid that I will have to do a lot of topping up. any suggestions on how to minimize that. Thanks, Ron.

25 liters? That must be a typo, Ron. Should only be 23L. What is the SG?

Had a brain f**t and was thinking it was supposed to be 26 liters instead of 23. It is at 25 though so I guess I will have plenty of wine instead of not enough. A much better problem. thanks.
