Your yeast recommendation please

Looking to start a SunCal Cab. Sav. I like my Cab semi-dry and not completely dry.

My question is "What yeast would you reccomend to achieve a very slight and I mean slight sweetness with solid body?"

You should ferment to dry and then back sweeten. That's the only reliable way to control the sweetness.
 
I will do that (back sweeten that is)...Do you have a recommendation on a yeast?

I would use RC212. Just before bottling add small amts of simple syrup to your taste
