Yeast for flower wines?

I couldn't find the thread off hand where we were talking about yeast to use with flower wines, roses, rose hip flowers, lilaacs, etc.

What is the general concensus for the proper yeast to use with these types of wines.?

Figured it was easier to ask again than to try and dig for it.
