Hey guys Im looking for a website to buy all juice buckets. I have seen some that say they are all juice but then while looking into it they appear to be concentrate. Any ideas? Also do any all juice pails stand up to the high end wine kits? Are they better?

Thanks!

What you are asking is tricky because some of the best juice 'pails' ARE the high end kits - like Mosti Mondiale's Meglioli and Master's Edition kits are not-from-concentrate, all-juice kits, and they are appreciably better than Mosti' AllJuice kits (which are also not-from-concentrate). Also, the frozen juice pails that Mosti sells (Chile Fresco and Sonoma Edition) are not from concentrate, and there is some debate about the relative merits of those buckets against high-end kits.

That said, I know there are a number of other brands of juice pails, but I have no experience with them, so I can't comment about the quality compared to other ktis. I have read a number of posts of ideas and 'tricks' to enhance or improve some of those juice pails, but the only 'tweak' I have used is to add raisins to a juice bucket to increase the mouthfeel, tannins and (slightly) the alcohol level.

There is a Brehm dealer just north of the Twin Cities that I buy from. His name is Joe Palla 651- 257-8385. I know he has a shipment coming in next week because I have an order with him I'm not sure if he has ordered extra pails but it might be worth giving him a call.

It is many years since I have seen one of the MM products, so I have no idea what the ingredient lists say. However, on their web-site they say "100% grape must" with various adjectives. In my mind, "must" does not mean "juice".
