WineXpert What is this white stuff on-top of the foam?

Noticed that my WE Eclipse Cabernet Kit has some white stuff on-top of the foam. Is this a problem or should I not be concerned? Thank you!

I take it this is in secondary? What are the particulars: What was SG when you transferred and how long has it been in secondary?

Are you talking about that little lighter strip around the edge I outlined? I don't think it is anything to worry about.

I agree with grapeman, i've had that same thing with some kits and it has never caused any issues

As info - it is in the secondary

11/23 Racked to Secondary SG 0.998
My error on the Wine Kit - this is the WE Eclipse Barolo
