I have some Winexpert selection kits that I need to bottle from bulk storage as I need to reuse the carbouys.
They have been in the carbouys for around 4 months and I added k meta at 1/4 teaspoon as per the instructions as I was going to keep for around 6+ months
Do I need to add some more k meta at 1/4 teaspoon before I bottle the wine or do you think what's already in is still ok? It's going to be in the open air in my fermenter while being bottled so..?
Your wisdom will be greatly appreciated as usual!
