WineXpert Racked two wines

Hi all,
This is a picture of my Pinot Grigio and Black Raspberry that I racked last week. They still need to set and hang out there for another two weeks or so.

They look great there Tim. Is it a IM Black Raspberry Merlot? That one is real good. My sister really likes the Pinot Grigio, although they are getting into the Pinot Noir(I prefer that one and have a few going).

Yes, it is a IM Merlot. I tasted it at racking and it is very sweet. Maybe a bit to sweet. The last one I made was an IM Mango and it was not nearly this sweet. I think next time I will cut back on the F-Pack and add a little sugar. This is the first Pinot G. that I have made. I am hoping it comes out as good as the some of the ones I have sampled at some of the wineries.
