Well, my daughter and I went out and filled a ziploc gallon bag full of mimosa flowers. Real interesting...didn't take long at all since the picken's were easy...pull a limb down and just start pulling flower heads off. The worse part was soaking them to remove the bugs (some beetles and inchworms, some spiders...nothing real formidible.) Then I had to pick all the stems off of the flowers. They smelled really good--made the whole house smell like honeysuckle, a bit. I do have to say, though, that after 1 day of pitched yeast, it does smell like cat spray. I will keep you all posted.:u
