So I'm going to need to bottle hard cider, wine, mead, and skeeter pee. How long will these keep in jars? I would like to get six months out of them. I will fill them to the brim and store upright. I won't be heating them to create vaccum, just screwing the lids on.

My brother does it all the time. He has had no problems once degassed properly.
