My bad.....Also, once fermentation is finished, any nutrients not used up by the yeast are available to be use by spoilage organisms or to affect the flavor.
One thing I haven't read is the quantity that puts you into the "too much" category. And that's one experiment I'm not willing to make.My bad.....
