Thanks for the greetings.
I started with WE Itailian Amarone with skins and got hooked 3 months ago. The wine has been outstanding and the only problem is keeping the last few bottles I have.
Now I have 6 batches going, all wine kits:
Symphony (Would like to modify with mango flavoring)
Pinot Grigio
Red Mountain Cab (umm, it smells good!)
Island Mist Zin Sangria
Island Mist Pineapple Pinot Gris
What's next:
A good dry Reisling
Lodi Zinfandel
Mocha Port
Holy crap, gonna need to build a wine cellar next!!!!
