Hello, I started a CC Red Mountain kit tonight , did all the steps except for pitching the yeast....My SG is 1.078?, seems low, so my question is can I wait till morning to pitch the yeast....hoping for the skins to maybe crank up the SG....or am I asking for trouble in waiting.....Thanks

Keep stirring. And squeeze those skins (press them against the side of the fermenter with your spoon). You should be pushing 1.100 with that kit. Mine was at 1.100 within a few hours of adding the grape skin pack. On kits with the grape pack, I usually wait several hours before pitching the yeast and stir every hour or so.
