Hey ive been lurking for a couple of weeks and now im in!
i have been brewing mostly fruit wine for two years now.
i have more than fifty gallons of experience under my belt which i would now like to share.
my latest favorite is port style wine. i just finished a batch of blackberry port and wow im hooked!
anyways ill be around now and then to post and help out.
maybe my first real post could be a port style recipe.
