Hello everyone my name is Dean, This is my 1st post with which I am new to this forum....I joined 2 weeks ago and do apologise for Not introducing myself sooner to you all, As I have been somewhat busy in making several batches of wine including, Potato, Ginger, Spiced red, Plum & raisin wine....I clearly forgot to do my introduction to everyone....sorry about that!
