Been busy enjoying the summer and occasionally dropping by to read and check out all the cool pictures you folks post.
I did pop a cork and enjoyed my next to last WE Merlot, it was the first kit I made and has been in the bottle 1 year and 8 months. I must say it was excellent. My new process now exclusively includes bulk ageing for a minimum of 6 months befor going in the bottle. This way I can't "sample" the wine beofre its really good and ready.
