Greetings from the Hoosier state

Hi all
My wife an i enjoy wine making and are hoping to learn more.
We have made some kit wines and a few from concentrate juice.
So far everything we have made has been "drinkable" and actually turned out better than we thought. We are now hooked, but have a lot to learn.

We have moved on from the kits to making wine from fruit juices, since it is cheaper and we thought the kits were pretty wimpy on the alcohol content.

We have a couple batches fermenting and will post some questions in regards to the proper way to sorbate, bottle etc.
