Hi Y'all,

I'm Steve and I'm new to wine making. Had a little experience making some beer about 10 years back, but never kept up with it. Just started my first batch of wine today. I'm mostly interested in fruit wines, but I do plan own planting some grapes vines and more fruit trees. Soon the figs and peaches will be ripe and I'm hoping to make give them a try.

To keep things simple, I just trying 3 gallons of from Welch's concentrated grape juice. Peaches and figs should be getting ripe mid June to mid July. I'm hoping to give them a try.
