I would like to make a batch of Champagne again this winter, last year I used a 3 gallon Millenium kit by Wine Expert, I have a kegerator and forced carbonated the kit and it worked out great. I would like to know if anyone knows what white wine kit I could use to make a 5 gallon batch this year, I can get the Spagnols kits mostly, wine Expert is not usually around here.

Kits make 6 gallon batches there Stinky, how long has it been????????

Basically you are looking for wines that are crisp and clean like a Pinot Gris or a Blanc. Rieslings are another that some do. Looks like your going to have to bottle 1 gallon!

My Dearest Darling WADE, I know kits are 6 gallons, but kegs are 5 gallons, I'll just dump the extra gallon.......

Thanks for answering though, I think I'll go with a Pino Grigio.

Id also give some serious consideration to maybe doing a "GEURTZ" too Stinkie
